SEPTEMBER Building Update 3

Dear Neighbors,

Here is the latest on the building project as of our PROGRESS MEETING OF 09/02/2026 -

NEW PROJECT SCHEDULE TENTATIVELY APPROVED WITH NEW COMPLETION DATE OF MARCH 19TH. 2027.

Kitchen readiness before Christmas is a priority.
No outstanding RFIs or submittals were identified.
The masons were described as approximately one week ahead of schedule, while Calgi
requested a second framing crew and emphasized work at the kitchen area. The team
established that the kitchen must be fully operational before Christmas and should receive
increased focus after the building is made watertight.

As we progress, we will endeavor to make these updates on a regular basis. Thank you for your patience.
