Here is the latest on the building project as of our PROGRESS MEETING OF 08/10/2026 -
NEW PROJECT SCHEDULE TENTATIVELY APPROVED WITH NEW COMPLETION DATE OF MARCH 19TH. 2027.
Kitchen readiness before Christmas is a priority.
No outstanding RFIs or submittals were identified.
The team clarified the division between ACS mechanical work and plumbing work, including the scope involving mechanical piping, hydronic systems, boilers, and trench drains. Trend screens were reported to be on site, with installation and tie-in dependent on the return of Calgi’s site representative later in the week.
The masons were described as approximately one to two weeks ahead of schedule, while Calgi requested a second framing crew and emphasized work at the back and coal-form areas. The team established that the kitchen must be fully operational before Christmas and should receive increased focus after the building is made watertight.
Participants confirmed that no outstanding RFIs or submittals were known, including the stair call roll submittal. They also confirmed AutoCAD authorization and noted that shop drawings for the roof and Ephes were in progress.
