Here is the latest on the building project as of our PROGRESS MEETING OF 06/22/2026 -
Two Week Look Ahead
Nurzia will continue to backfill and compact soil in front of street level, first floor Apparatus bay. • First lift tested and passed, second to be done Tuesday, Jim C. to call STL for compaction testing. • Masonry Subcontractor mobilized Tuesday 6/3/2026 with material and equipment and schedule to start on front façade of ground floor apparatus bay masonry wall. • Mason will continue for next two weeks with masonry block, brick and stone samples delivered to site, team will review and select for GC to purchase both. • Nurzia to sign up Window, storefront, carpentry and roofing Subs.
ACS - HVAC: • HVAC ductwork will be moved to storage trailer • ACS will continue with welding and installing hydronic black pipe and copper lines for next two weeks
TWP-PLUMBING • TWP fully caught up with rough piping for apparatus and kitchen area plumbing lines. • TWP to schedule inspection date and to notify Jim for coordination.
INITIAL PROJECT SCHEDULES INDICATE FEB. 2027 SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION., GC. TO REVIEW RESUBMIT WITH INCORPORATED COMMENTS AND WILL SUBMIT FOR FINAL APPROVAL.
